Very Profitable Growthfrom Kraig's 12 Seasons Twelve Seasons 2008 begins with what promises to be a good but challenging year. Our first focus probably ought to be profitable growth. What a concept! For me, the greatest producer of profitable growth has always been "tracking." Tracking isn't just measuring or numbers or metrics or key performance indicators, or whatever. Tracking is an ongoing mechanism that uses all those things to help us really see what is happening, both now and on out into the future. It's a way -- a very special way -- the way, almost a Zen-like thing. It is a life-long learning, improving system of seeing what my business is doing and is going to do.
